1. *Warranty*:
– All new products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, typically 1 year for parts and labor.
– The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care and maintenance.
– Customers are responsible for backing up their data before any repair or service.
– HyperPC is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.

2. *Returns and Refunds*:
– Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
– Custom-built or special-order PCs are not eligible for returns unless there is a defect covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

3. *Repairs and Servicing*:
– All repair work comes with a 90-day warranty on parts and labor.
– HyperPC reserves the right to replace defective parts with new or refurbished parts of equal or greater quality.
– Customers will be provided with an estimate of the repair cost before any work is carried out.
– HyperPC is not responsible for any loss or damage to customer data or software during the repair process.

4. *Delivery and Pick-up*:
– Delivery is available for an additional fee, with a standard turnaround time of 3-5 business days.
– Customers are responsible for picking up their repaired items within 14 days of being notified of completion. After 14 days, a storage fee may apply.

5. *Liability*:
– HyperPC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the products or services.
– HyperPC total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.

6. *Privacy*:
– HyperPC collects and uses customer information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.
– Customer information will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s consent, except as required by law.

7. *Governing Law*:
– These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the shop is located.
– Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
